Having started his estate agency career in the late 1990’s, Brian has amassed a strong wealth of knowledge and understanding around residential property. He is qualified in property sales negotiation and residential property valuing and has managed several property sales teams throughout the east of Scotland. 

Brian very much adopts a hands-on approach, guiding clients through advice on initial valuation and pricing strategies, as well as marketing proposals and ultimately negotiating a sale for each client. He has developed a reliable bank of professional contacts including trusted solicitors, surveyors and mortgage advisors who are all available to support his clients.

Proudly born and bred in Dundee, Brian has an extensive knowledge of the city and its residential property market. He also has an intimate grasp of the Angus market having managed property offices in Forfar and Arbroath. With years of experience working in Fife, Perthshire and Aberdeenshire, Brian is also pleased to assist clients in these areas.
